Delaware North UK is hiring for Senior Meeting & Events Sales Manager (non-match day) to join our London based sales teams at Wembley Stadium and The London Stadium. Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality at sporting venues, national parks, airports, and casinos in North America, the UK and Australia.

A day in the life of a Senior Meeting & Events Sales Manager

• To maximise diverse business opportunities, through proactive and reactive sales activities across all venues to grow non-event day revenues and positive financial outcomes.
• Plan for and build pipeline opportunities and networks for future locations, ensuring an efficient referral process and execution can be implemented as new locations join the portfolio.
• To proactively seek opportunities to enhance the visibility of and sell our venues for non-event day business. Increase sales and profitability levels through successful acquisition of new clients and ensuring retention rates and client satisfaction levels.
• Identify, develop and drive a robust Meeting and Events business plan for the Delaware North UK sites we manage the diary for.
• As a leader, set a clear vision for the sales team. To coach, motivate and lead the required processes to execute plans, whilst building confidence, morale and trust.
