Stonegate Group are the UK’s biggest Pub Company. We manage and operate over 3,500 pubs across the UK – of which c.2,000 are leased and tenanted sites. We’re enhancing the service we offer our new and existing Publicans with the introduction of a training partnership to support them in their businesses. We’re recruiting a Regional Training Manager to deliver the associated training for this service.

Can you design, develop and evaluation training interventions to guide new Publicans into their businesses – from induction to people management to technical (Cellar / WSET) skills? Have you worked in the pub leased and tenanted world and have a clear understanding of the legal scenario for our Publicans? Can you demonstrate your love for people development and your outstanding stakeholder management? We want to hear from you!
