Banking Administrator

Stonegate Group are recruiting for a part time- Banking Assistant to join the finance team in our Pub Support Centre in Solihull. You’ll need to have good knowledge of banking or treasury as well as a significant understanding of banking practices.

We are looking for somebody who can work Monday, Friday, and we are flexible on the third day.

The Banking Administrator will be performing weekly cash and card reconciliations with a turnover of £1bn and identify cash risks and escalate when necessary. You will liaise with the operators and audit team to resolve differences identified when reconciling sites weekly cash declarations to the bank receipts and providing weekly reporting with clear actions.

We are looking for somebody who has great attention to detail and who can organise secure collections and deliveries of coin/notes to the sites and handle related queries quickly and effectively.
