We are currently looking for talented, passionate and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Head Sushi Chef. The ideal Head Sushi Chef will:
- Be a strong and encouraging leader
- Have a high level of practical and technical sushi/Japanese cuisine knowledge
- Manage the daily Sushi Department operations
- Have experience with Japanese cooking, including being able to create and prepare all types of sushi
- Manage and train Demi-Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs for the Sushi department
- Remain calm under pressure
- Adhere to and maintain health and safety checklists and food hygiene
- Be a passionate, efficient and good team player
