Duty Manager

The Draycott Hotel is a beautiful 5-star boutique hotel close to Sloane Square and Knightsbridge. We're part of the international Mantis Collection and partners with the Accor Hotel group. 

We now have a new opportunity to join our established team as Duty Manager. Working either the Early or Late shift, your focus is to oversee the smooth running of the hotel primarily in the Front Office. Welcome guests, assist with queries and requests as they arise. Ideally, you will have a good working knowledge of the Opera software and an understanding of reservations. 

Candidates will need experience within a hotel's Front Office department; would suit a senior Receptionist looking to develop their career.
