The Purpose of the role:

As a kitchen 'Stock Controller' here at Warner Leisure Hotels you will be responsible for the purchase, storage and provision of all products the smooth day to day running of the Kitchen with regard for projected business levels and work in a high performing and fast paced environment. 

Role responsibilities:

• Takes ownership of shift ensuring consistent delivery of a quality Warner experience in line with the Warner Brand Standards and guidelines
• Confidently deals with external suppliers and delivery drivers.
• Has the ability to escalate and resolve problems, showing empathy and understanding whilst working to the desired conclusion
• Monitors deliveries and supplier information and is proactive in arranging appropriate resource/support to ensure the guest experience is not affected
• Works with all F&B departments to ensure sufficient products are available for expected business levels
• Demonstrates and role models a commitment to delivering a superior guest experience
• Ensuring 100% personal compliance to Warner Brand Standards including appearance standards
• Supporting the Hotel by carrying out any other duties as requested
