We are looking for a Junior Sous to join the team at Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Working as a Junior Sous Chef within our Restaurants will give you exposure to a busy, high volume dining operation. You will be supported by a large brigade of chefs. Sexy Fish takes inspiration from Asia, with a focus on Japan, our guests will get to sample dishes such Sushi, Sashimi and Robata all of which have been prepared by our highly skilled chefs, using the very best quality ingredients.
