General Manager – Lamb Inn, Bicester

Salary – Up to £35,000 p.a. + Live In

The Lamb Inn is situated in the market town of Bicester it was last invested just over 2 years ago and looks like new given the Covid effect. With a small patio garden, it has a beautiful modern feel to it.

An excellent “Proper Pub” which is yet to reach its full potential, The Lamb set up to deliver excellent sports coverage and viewing whilst delivering the best big night out the town can offer, opening until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

It also benefits from day trade due to its location on the high street and its passing trade. This is one of the great opportunities to develop both wet and dry sales further.

Our ideal General Manager will have proven experience working within a business with a late license and will understand the atmosphere & compliance and management that goes into that end of the trading day.

You will be standards focused with a flair for creating and running events that will create a must visit for our customers, coupled with a passion for development and training of your team to ensure your business is always recognised for the best service and hospitality in the area.

As General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to develop a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including P&L, people, standards, legal compliance and service.

Managing sales development of food, sport opportunities and building late-night trade are imperative to this role.
