Salary up to £12,480 per annum – (24 Hour Contract )

Salary breakdown: £12,480  + Tips

£10,00 per hour

Working shift patterns will be

07:00am – 01:00am

(We are currently hiring part time positions)

Our 5* Conference & Events offering is legendary; as an Events Operations Assistant will become part of an exceptional team that will provide an extensive offering from a business meeting to a small wedding reception. No two days will be the same, with the team creating memorable moments at every stage of an event.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

• Greeting Guests: you will ensure our guests are greeted with the Kimpton 5* welcome, ensuring all guests needs are met when using our facilities.
• Prepare: you will set each room, and ensure that every room is set according to the specifications,
• Serving: you will serve each event, in accordance to specification, from plated sit down dinner to a buffet style gathering. Ensuring all food hygiene regulations are met.
• Take guest orders & payments: you will be responsible for taking guests orders, advising them on choices and ensuring all payments are taken before guests leave, where required.

Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Kimpton family.
