Reception Manager

As Reception Manager at The Ivy Collection, you’ll be responsible for a key ingredient to our success – the atmosphere.

An excellent communicator, able to embody the Ivy Collection’s sense of glamour when dealing with guests, you’ll also run the reservations book, the floor, and liaise with other departments, including the cloakroom, to make sure everything is working just as it should.

In short, as Reception Manager,  you’ll need to be unflappable – calm, composed and confident in a fast-paced service.
