Lv 4 Business Development Apprentice - aZtec Commercial Cleaning

Salary will rise to £8.25ph

We are looking to expand and increase our business, therefore, we are looking for an apprentice to join our Sales & Marketing Team.

Every day is different, and one day you could be creating marketing campaigns to go out across all different platforms, from creating e-shots for customers and also potential new clients.

The role would involve some warm/cold calling but we are going down the route of a self-service website, in which you would play a heavy role in, creating blogs for the website and managing online forms, updating the database with potential new leads.

Keeping an eye out for upcoming events as creating opportunities is key, networking is very important and plays a key part in our success, the role is a mix of office and also being out and around our key areas looking for potential new leads, we don’t believe in the old way of making 300 calls a day as this very boring and not rewarding.

You will be booking appointments for the sales team (including yourself) to do site visits on possible new contracts, every contract is different and requires an open mind and attention to detail to make sure what we are offering is suitable to the client, this would be creating timings, specs and a full proposal to clients.

Aztec’s sales team works side by side with the operations team to make sure once the contract is won that everything is as it should be, you would be responsible for the handover of the contract for sales to operations this has to be as seamless as possible.

We also have a quarterly newsletter that goes out to all 300+ staff members. This falls under the umbrella of Business Development, this is a great opportunity for the sales team to come together and talk about aZtec and new things that are taking place, the newsletter is varied and has a range of different topics.

We of course would not expect you to do all this alone a belief in a full team spirit and a can-do attitude, you will be supported every step of the way and would never be expected to do anything that you have not been fully trained to do.
