Customer Account Manager

If you want to work in a vibrant Customer Contact Centre and be part of a team that strives to add value wherever possible then this is the job for you. You’ll make between 40-50 outbound calls per day to take regular beer/wine/spirits orders from our publicans, engaging with them to discuss new brands, proactively find opportunities to add value, present deals and upsell. You will also manage online orders and help grow our online sales.

We are looking for a service led individual, experienced in sales with a passion for building relationships and who will consistently demonstrate our company values delivering a great service for our publicans.

Our Customer Account Managers must be excellent communicators with a confident telephone manner and have excellent verbal and written skills

We’re passionate about our pubs, supporting great publicans running great British pubs. We pride ourselves in representing the front line for sales, service and support for our publicans.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • An understanding of sales techniques and good negotiating skills
  • Efficient and accurate order entry
  • Ability to build relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • A service related focus
  • Experience in the pub/drinks/industry
  • Good PC literacy – we use multiple platforms including, CRM, Excel, online, text etc.
