Manager Development Program - Midlands

We are looking for experienced Managers from hospitality/ leisure/ retail backgrounds to join the operating function of the business as Manager Designates.

Candidates will undertake an intensive 9-month training programme, gaining experience of casino management and gaming knowledge through taking part in gaming training and experiential placements across the UK. Working alongside Managers within our business, they will learn to pro-actively manage all aspects of the casino operation, ensuring delivery of effective, efficient gaming performance, getting involved in financials and all areas of people management and development.

Given the nature of our industry, this role is more demanding than ‘simply managing the team’.  We are looking for people who are already experienced managers who we can equip with industry specific skills and knowledge to run a Casino in the longer term.
