We are looking for qualified Baristas to work in our Grand Café concept which is partnered with Illy Café.
You will follow standards and ensure you produce the best quality coffee with every serve.
The Grand Café is part of the ground floor of Eataly London that houses our quick service food concepts such as Pizza Pala, Gastronomia (salad bar), Pasta Fresca, Patry Lab, Bakery and Guest Services/Checkout areas. You will be part of a large team across several departments and ensure the highest level of guest service and product offering, leading to an unbeatable experience.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

• Previous Barista experience in a high volume quick service restaurant (QSR) or café
• An outgoing and vibrant personality aimed at making our guests feel welcome
• Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days in the week including a rota of variable shifts such as early mornings and evenings
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
• Right to work in the UK
• Fluent in English
