The Role

The Role

  • Responsible for a team of up to 10 front of house and housekeeping staff.
  • You will be the Host meeting and greeting guests as they arrive, building relationships with regular guests and getting to know a little about everyone.
  • Managing the day to day restaurant operation and hotel check in/out
  • Responsible for front of house, bar, restaurant quality of service
  • Managing restaurant and hotel booking enquiries
  • Quality assurance checks of restaurant & housekeeping
  • This is a hands on visible role where much of your time will be observing and being involved in ensuring guests are looked after and staff are delivering high levels of service.

The Candidate

  • You will enjoy talking to guests, taking an interest in their reasons for visiting and ensuring their stay is memorable.
  • You will have experience of organising and planning daily operations of a restaurant/bar
  • You will have experience of dealing with difficulties in hospitality and overcoming them with a positive resolution for guests.
  • You will have experience of training new staff in procedures to ensure smooth operation of a restaurant or hotel.
  • You will be looking to develop your career and progress within the business.
