The Role

We are an exciting business that has been under new ownership in the last year that has seen business levels triple. We have re-opened with a brand new menu that is British inspired, local where possible but truly authentic to who we are, where we are and the customers we are looking to attract and retain.

The Kitchen Porter supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation of food, stocking of the kitchen and the general cleaning duties including the pot wash.

Typically working afternoons and evenings as part of a team of 3 - 5 in the kitchen.

Application also considered for the right candidate who is looking to develop within catering or currently studying a catering course at college.

Tottington Manor also have apprenticeship training available if required.
