Slug & Lettuce Woking

£35,000 - £40,000 p.a.

In the heart of Woking town centre this fantastic venue is in and around the key shopping area and casual dining restaurants. The site itself trades well with local businesses early evening and lively late night party trade every Friday and Saturday night.

The site operates on 1 floor but has great space for private bookings in raised section.

The site is predominantly wet lead with our great cocktails being a huge part of what we do with some fantastic opportunity to drive the day time offer on a busy daytime high street.

The successful General Manager will have a charismatic and dynamic personality, someone who really understands what a quality offer looks like; excellent, consistent food and drink delivery, outstanding operational standards, and a passion for fantastic customer service. You will be able to drive sales through innovative marketing & maximising the late night trade.

Experience in late night trade is recommended and a strong track record of leading a team and growing within.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
