General Manager Designate – Surrey & Hampshire Area

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

We are looking to recruit a General Manager Designate to join our team in the Surrey & Hampshire Area

The ideal candidate will be a General Manager or Senior Deputy General Manager ready for a change / move into a braded operation with a company that will be committed to your development both short and long term.

The Role

In the first instance as a General Manager Designate, we will induct you fully into the Slug & Lettuce way to ensure we are giving you all of the relevant knowledge and tools to ensure your success, following this we will be looking for you to help and assist in other businesses for a few more weeks to put your Stonegate learnings in to place before being appointed to your own business.

It is imperative that you have your own means of transport and are flexible on your working location within the geographic area advertised.

This isn't a Relief Manager’s role, this is a genuine General Manager’s role with a phenomenal company!

We may be the largest pub company in the UK, but we haven’t lost that family feel.

You will be supported fully by your Area Manager and the wider Stonegate Family.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License
