Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship - Recruitment Coordinator - Community Resourcing Ltd

We are seeking to expand our team / brand within the FM and Maintenance sectors. Resourcing Group is an award winning "Sunday Times best Company to work for" agency who is looking for trainees consultants to join our fast paced and passionate Exeter offie. Details below to put some meat on to the bone:

I need 5 Recruitment Coordinators to join our Exeter team as soon as possible

This will be a low entry level but offers genuine career progression if someone is tenacious and driver

Equally, we can consider someone to remain as a Coordinator as long as they wish


This will initially be supporting an account manager who works in partnership with 1 of our clients. They are a maintenance contractor and spend a lot of money with us. We are 1 of 6 agencies that supply them. Our mission is to become 1 of 2 or 1 of 1 and the only way that we can support this and increase spend while improving service delivery is to have dedicated coordinators recruiting on behalf of the account manager day in and day out.


The role in a nutshell:

  • Advertise on our website, job boards, social media
  • Liaise with local labour already on our database – work with the market to arrange recommendations to work for us
  • CV Screening and submission
  • Managing uals – reviewing and verifying – adding to a database
  • Managing compliance – reviewing and verifying – adding to a database
  • Confirming people are right for our clients initially on the phone, then via a teams or a face to face meeting
  • managing the candidates journey eg aftercare
  • liasing with the account managers to confirm that the candidate can start
  • starter checks


KPIs will include new candidates registered, candidates called, new candidate starters and we will incentivise

This will be office based Mon – Fri 830 – 530
