Pub/Restaurant Supervisor

Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader is preferred, ideally in hospitality, but as long as you enjoy looking after people, inspiring your teams and have an enthusiastic approach, we'd love to hear from you!

What we look for in our Supervisors:

·        An interest in hospitality, food and drink

·        The ability to think on your feet, and a willingness to learn new things

·        Great skills in leading teams and running shifts

·        Good knowledge of stock and cash control

·        High standards of customer service

·        Taking pride in your pub - lighting, music, atmosphere, ambience! 

·        Being reliable, accountable and responsible

·        Demonstrable bar and/or floor experience

·        Knowledge of health and safety, food hygiene and licensing legislation
