Multi - Unit General Manager

We are now are recruiting for a talented General Manager to lead our teams within our busy Pumpkin Café and Whistlestop at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.

As an General Manager, you'll be ensuring that the team delivers the best in customer service, whilst making sure that the stores are welcoming at all times. You'll be making sure that the units reach their financial and quality targets, as well as coaching your team to success. We want you to take ownership for the stores quality and excellence in service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing and a diverse team of people ideally within retail or hospitality.
  • Commercial awareness with good planning and analytical skills, able to understand a P&L and confident communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong people management skills to lead, motivate and develop your team.
