Wyboston Lakes has an excellent opportunity for a keen apprentice to join their food and beverage team, learn the trade and work towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification.
You’ll be working closely as one team to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience with them. You’ll be providing excellent food and drink service, upselling our products to the best of your ability and preparing the tables ready for their guests.
1. To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in the area allocated i.e cellar, back bar and seating areas of the bar lounges.
2. To ensure that all customers transactions are efficiently and corrected recorded and charged at the right price
3. To provide the highest level of customer service to our guests
4. To complete all tasks to the standards highlighted in the Standard Operation Procedure manuals
5. To operate all equipment correctly adhering to Health & Safety guidelines

Qualifications Required

None required, however, maths & English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Expected Duration

Working Week

40 hours per week. 5 rota'd days out of 7 per week

Things to consider

The shift pattern will include weekdays, evenings and weekends however, the individual must also be flexible to suit the business needs. Own transport will be required due to location.
