Please note this is a fixed term contract of up to 12 months for parental leave cover.

About the role…

As the Meeting & Events Office Manager you will run the events office and work in collaboration with your team to organise the most special and memorable experience. You will handle incoming enquiries from new and existing clients, creating bespoke proposals in a timely manner, converting them to confirmed bookings. 

Once converted, you will work closely with the clients and the team to organise ensure every detail is covered allowing our operations team to have all the information required to deliver the most exceptional conference or event!

In this role you will also work closely with the Operations/ General Manager, Sales Team & Cluster Revenue Manager to ensure revenue is maximised, targets are met, and all avenues of opportunity are explored.
