We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can commit to a 24hours per week basis.

You will fully support the Sales team to develop future and repeat business, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives.

What we need from you

You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs within the hotel and it’s extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around this. If you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being passionate about delivering first-rate guest service through your high-quality work, this role is for you.

  • Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Cluster Director of Sales and senior management
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
  • Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills

Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some previous experience in an admin or sales role, whether you have previously worked in Hotels or destination venues, work in Sales administration role, this may be the role for you. Along with the above, you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards
