Recruitment Coordinator

We have a new opening for an exceptionally talented Recruitment Coordinator with experience within hospitality to join our People Team. 

 

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you will be working closely with our restaurant managers across your portfolio supporting them with general recruitment and onboarding experiences that arise. We want an enthusiastic, compassionate and proactive collaborator to join our small (but mighty) People Team.

 

We are looking for a driven individual who has the ability to map out hungry, ambitious and passionate talent. You will lead on initiating workforce planning with key stakeholders in the business, and work closely with hiring teams to ensure role pipelines are strong, and candidates are offered a first class candidate experience from start to finish. You will be sourcing, screening and leveraging talent in the recruitment process and will have a clear understanding of our current talent metrics (diversity and inclusion in our talent pools, time to hire targets etc) and provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to line managers.
  • Effectively source and match candidates to positions.
  • Utilisation of sourcing tools – Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.
  • Daily management of our Applicant Tracking System (Harri), posting roles, adding users and general upkeep/improvements
  • Develop a talent pool of candidates.
  • Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is recruited.
  • Represent the Brand at appropriate internal and external events.
  • Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high calibre candidates.

 

We are looking for the following skills and experience;

  • You will be a great communicator, able to build strong networks with stakeholders and site management team.
  • You will deliver amazing candidate experiences and will promote Diversity and Inclusion in all recruitment activity.
  • Experience with volume recruitment at management and team member level including new openings
  • Genuine passion for recruitment & hospitality industry.
  • Experience and ability to run high volume recruitment admin and coordination, with the candidate and hiring manager experience front of mind.
  • Good understanding of CV databases such as Caterer, Indeed, LinkedIn etc
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
  • Strong IT and ‘HR systems’ skills including use of Harri (ATS) and Fourth Hospitality
