Kitchen Team Leader - Lagan Bar - Belfast International Airport £500 Joining Bonus

Due to some responsibilities within the Kitchen Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Everyone regardless of age starts on £13.67 per hour

Not only will you receive a competitive and attractive rate of pay, but we are also offering some fantastic incentives:

  • An additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am
  • An additional £1 premium per hour (until the end of April)

We’re looking for a variety of shifts between 3am and 11pm including weekends - we are sure you can find something matching your flexibility.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

  • Preparing and creating food to a great standard
  • Managing and working with the team to ensure the kitchen is running efficiently
  • Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
  • Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
  • Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
  • Trains the team on brand standards


  • Due to some responsibilities within the Kitchen Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Kitchen Team Leader/Kitchen Assistant experience within retail or hospitality sector
