As an apprentice chef you will be given the opportunity to learn all the basic skills to equip you for a career as a chef whilst earning a good wage.

Who are we?

We are part of the Maple Leaf Golf Group, which own four entertainment golf centres in the South East of England. Horton and Hounslow Golf Parks are in and around South West London and can equally provide onward development after your apprenticeship is complete.

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a funded programme where an individual learns new skills, knowledge and behaviours in a chosen sector. An apprenticeship will enable you to work and earn a wage whilst developing and gaining new skills as an employee. You will be guided by a senior member of the team throughout your journey.

Alongside your day-to-day duties, you will complete the Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship. This is a nationally recognised qualification and the primary objective of the Production Chef is to learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions in every section of the kitchen.
