Sous Chef

We’re looking for an exceptional service led Sous Chef with a passion for high quality food and service, mixed with a track record of developing your team to be the next generation of Chefs

As a Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen management including motivating and leading the team, ensuring food standards are kept high, ordering and supplier liaison, training and coaching more junior staff, assisting with functions that are held on site, as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as Sous Chef.

• You’re a hands-on, sleeves up Sous Chef with a passion for preparing and serving outstanding fresh food
• Someone who can take ownership of their P&L to drive sales and maximise profit, but never compromises on service.
- Personality blended with professionalism. Being a part of a Neighbourhood, so the charisma to win over your guests and inspire your teams is a must.
- Highest attention to detail, you’ll be obsessed with delivering only the best food and service standards but in an informal and fun environment.
- A strong multi-tasker and organised Sous Chef, who ensures that all processes are followed and delivers on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene at all times.
- Systems literate, able to analyse a stock result as much as your p&l.
- Confidence to make decisions, take initiative and problem solve.
