About the role

Due to an internal promotion we’re excited to be looking for a passionate and motivated Global Resourcing Coordinator to join our Global HR team. The Global Resourcing Coordinator will support the enablement of great recruitment across IHG. You will offer advice and expertise to the talent attraction strategy and support the recruiting processes by building strong relationships across the business and the Global HR function.

We’re looking for an energetic and hands on candidate who loves getting involved in projects and delivering the agreed outcome within the timescales provided. You’ll work collaboratively with our regional colleagues to keep up to date with key trends in talent acquisition and support the implementation of innovative and creative talent acquisition solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and communication of internal insights and analytics on end-to-end talent acquisition process performance as well as offering external and internal insights into the performance of talent acquisition services, competitors, and market initiatives.

This is a busy and dynamic core role within the team. You will be working within a close-knit, professional yet engaging group of colleagues. If you have a keen eye for detail and believe you can help us identify new data-driven trends then we look forward to hearing from you. 

What we're looking for

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Solid computer skills: proficiency in the use of office software products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) – Must be familiar with VLOOKUP/Pivot tables etc.
  • Excellent ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner in English (both oral and written)
  • Established data analytics skills with experience developing reports to drive business performance and decision making
  • Working knowledge of basic project management tools including project plans, Risk Logs & budget trackers.
  • Good time management and organizational skills. Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines whilst handling multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable dealing with Ambiguity – able to operate and achieve results without the full picture or roadmap in place
  • Experience working in a global environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently but in a team orientated environment.
  • Possess good judgment and decision-making capability.
  • Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
  • Ability to communicate prolifically to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex.
  • Able to work sensitively across different cultures whilst delivering global solutions which fit locally.

Whilst this role will initially be based in our Denham head office location, by the end of 2022 we will be relocating to our new Global Headquarters in central Windsor so you will need to be able to travel to Windsor as required in the longer term.
