One Aldwych has a rare opportunity for a customer focused individual to join their team as a Central Reservations Agent.
The Central Reservations Agent is responsible to accurately process reservation bookings or general inquires in order to optimize Hotel’s and Food & Beverage occupancy and revenue and to work closely with guest services, ensuring an effective and courteous service at all times.
·Proven experience in a Hotel Front Office environment ideal
·Experience in handling incoming enquiries
·Exposure to a 4 or 5 star environment
·Experience with Opera PMS
·Experience with Opentable is desirable but not essential
·MS Office knowledge
·Good communications skills
·A professional and friendly telephone manner
·The ability to work well under pressure
·Excellent team working skills
