The PIG is more than a boutique Hotel, it is a multi-award-winning Restaurant with rooms. Home grown in every way from the food we cook to the people we employ.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Chef de Parties to join our Kitchen team at either our Hampshire or Somerset properties. 

A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. Delivering a daily changing menu influenced by our Kitchen Garden and fresh produce which is locally sourced within a 25mile radius. Our Chef de Parties’ are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience. As Chef de Partie you will oversee one of the 4 sections of the Kitchen. You will have the opportunity to experience each section to gain knowledge of the entire service. As Chef de partie you will also be responsible for the performance of the junior Kitchen Staff within their assigned section; therefore, we are seeking a Chef de Partie that expresses confidence and good people / management skills.

Our group of Hotel's in expanding and we endevour to promote from within. Therefore, promotional opportunities to Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef are highly likely for a commited and ambitious Chef de Partie.
