As a Junior Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of our Michelin Star kitchen. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchens.
- Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.
