Kitchen Supervisor (Production Kitchen)

Focusing on providing the highest quality experience to our guests, we have hosted at some of the world’s most prestigious events including Silverstone and Monaco Grand Prix, oversea events and bespoke weddings and celebrations!

Our Food Production Supervisor will be responsible for supporting in the day to day running of our production kitchen. Requirements include:

  • Oversee the kitchen and production chef team in the absence of the senior management team.
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and follow through any actions as necessary.
  • Ensure that all products are ordered according to predetermined product specification and received in correct unit count and condition.
  • Control food cost and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes and waste control measures.
  • Kitchen admin including stock reconciliation, production sheets, inventory and delivery and quality control tasks.

Our team members are provided with excellent training and upskilling opportunities so previous experience in events production is desired but not a necessity.
