We are currently looking for a dedicated and organised Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.

A Senior Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other. Delivering a daily changing menu influenced by our Kitchen Garden and fresh produce locally sourced within a 25mile radius, our Senior Chef de Parties’ are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience. As  Senior Chef de Partie you will oversee one all 4 sections of the Kitchen. You will have the opportunity to experience each section to gain knowledge of the entire service. As Senior Chef de partie you will also be responsible for the performance of the junior Kitchen Staff within their assigned section; therefore, we are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie that expresses confidence and good people / management skills.

Our group of Hotel's are expanding, and we endevour to promote from within. Therefore, promotional opportunities to Sous Chef are highly likely for a Senior Chef de Partie that is commited and ambitious.
