We are currently looking for a Sous Chef who is as passionate about modern British food as we are.
A Sous Chef role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be delivering a daily changing menu influenced by our Kitchen Garden and fresh produce which is locally sourced within a 25mile radius. Our Sous Chef's are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
As a Sous Chef you will supporting the Senior Sous Chef in the absence of the Head Chef. This will include managing all aspects of the kitchen, from overseeing sections to costings, rotas and stock take; maintaining standards & daily health and safety checks. Enthusiasm about our food, animals, kitchen garden, foraging, and providing fresh, quality dishes to our guests is key to the success of our Sous Chef's
The group of PIG Hotel's in expanding and endevour to promote from within. Therefore, promotional oppertunities to Senior Sous, or Head Chef is highly likely for a dedicated and ambitous Sous Chef.
