Apprentice Sales Support Level 3 - Aalco Metals Ltd

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Sales team within Liverpool. We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Sales. In exchange, we can offer a structured development programme with a range of benefits. Initially, we are looking for individuals to join us in a Sales Support role. You will form part of our dynamic and vibrant sales team, providing support with telephone queries, order entry, purchasing, and sourcing to enable the team to improve sales results and exceed targets. Full training and support will be provided through the Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Programme.

Working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment, the role is officebased, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:00. You will be answering our busyphonelines, with the aim of providing every customer with exceptional

service. Working within the Sales team you will be supporting our experienced Account Managers with sourcing materials, generating stock lists, scheduling and purchasing materials as well as sourcing prices. Therefore attention to detail is key along with a good grasp of numeracy.

The successful candidate will be eligible for our generous annual profit-sharing scheme, in addition to 20 days of annual leave and a host of internal training and development programmes.
