An amazing opportunity to take the helm of this exciting venue having been recently invested in and converted into our fantastic “Social Pub & Kitchen” concept.

This incredible venue is perfect for a passionate and independent General Manager who enjoys driving sales, creating events and showcasing their personality.

The Hideout is diverse and full of potential, catering to everyone from students, daytime shoppers, sports fans right through to cocktail lovers and the late-night party goers.

If you are looking for that special site to fully demonstrate your talents in delivering exciting events, developing amazing teams and hosting the best party on the high street then this is it.

You should have impeccable standards, be passionate about creating fantastic experiences, and love sport, cocktails, and craft.

The Hideout is part of our exciting new Social Pub & Kitchen format – this venue combines the best sports viewing in the city with a great range of craft beer, cocktails and pizzas.

A large bar services a flexible open plan space that can accommodate dining, live bands or the perfect dancefloor for late night sessions. Hideout is home to 2 giant screens perfect for big sporting events or you can wander past the signature design cylinder booths which allow customers their choice of music, sports and lighting at the touch of a button to find our awesome garden complete with outside screens and bar.

The successful General Manager will be a self-motivated high calibre individual with great leadership qualities capable of interacting with sport and late night drink customers alike and have a flair for marketing and key weekly event management.

You will be able to manage and inspire your team and have a track record of people development with an ability to deliver strong sales and profit performance. You will have an innovative approach to driving sales by appealing to a diverse customer base with unique and exciting reasons to visit.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and
the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all
aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and
brand integrity.
