We are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is as passionate about modern British food as we are.
A Senior Sous Chef role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be delivering a daily changing menu influenced by our Kitchen Garden and fresh produce locally sourced within a 25mile radius. Our Senior Sous Chef's are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
As a Senior Sous Chef you will be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, in additon to managing all aspects of the kitchen, from overseeing sections to costings, rotas and stock take; maintaining standards & daily health and safety checks. Enthusiasm towards our food, animals, kitchen garden, foraging, and providing quality fresh dishes to our guests is the key to success for our Senior Sous Chefs.
