About the role…

You'll likely be the first person our guests will meet when they arrive to our Venue in readiness for their meeting or event and will remain a key contact throughout the day.

As well as ensuring everything is set up and ready as per the pre-arranged requirements, you will also be responsible for operating the reception – create and provide welcome packs, welcome all guests in a friendly, sincere and professional manner, delivering inspirational service every time; check the venue throughout the day to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are met; and touch base with the guests throughout the event to ensure everything is going to plan.

You’ll also assist with the opening/closing procedures of the business, ensure our guests events run smoothly and without a hitch, and prepare invoices accurately to ensure all revenue is accurately recorded

About you…

  • Strong communication skills through a variety of means
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing one’s own time
