  • Experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a gastro pub kitchen
  • Passionate about fresh and seasonal produce
  • Good attention to detail and cooking methods
  • Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety
  • Knowledge of ordering and invoicing
