Canford School have an excellent opportunity for a Hospitality Apprentice to join their team, learn the trade and gain a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification.
Duties will include:
• Duties to include Greeting customers at the table
• Taking orders
• Serving food and drink at the table
• Tidying tables
• Cash handling
• Booking tables
• Working as part of the team
• Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines
• Providing all customers with great customer service
• Liaising with the kitchen
• Learning how to use the coffee machine
• Bar work
• Some food preparation

Qualifications Required
GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) or Functional Skills

Things to consider
Canford is not on a main bus route so transport is necessary. The apprentice will be required to take part in a rotational shift pattern.
37½ hours per week worked 5 days out of 7. Hours of work will include evenings and weekends
