The role involves

Serving food and drinks to customers at rosette level ,

Cleaning of surfaces and ensuring tables are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Setting up tables for service,

Ensuring bar area is well stocked at all times

Cellar management

Hours of work will vary according to shift pattern and will involve weekend and late evening work. Training and career development will be continual through the management, along with the apprenticeship being offered

Staff will be well looked after and will be given a meal on shift prepared by a rosette chef, excellent training throughout and excellent career opportunities
