We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager/General Manager Designate to join us within Central London. You will be required to offer support our Town Pub Kitchen (TPK) sites within our Town & City Division whilst also offering overall support to the area.

Our TPK (Town Pub & Kitchen) bars are a nationwide collection of independently minded craft pubs. Our passion for all things craft is epitomised by our stone-baked pizzas, perfectly crafted cocktails, extensive gin & craft beer range couple with a strong sports offering. If you love craft pubs with an independent vibe you will love working for this forward thinking and ever growing collective.

Our General Managers are given the flexibility to run their business with an entrepreneurial flair to reflect their location and guest base coupled with the support and operating framework of a large and dedicated support team.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.
