Salary: £42,000 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

This is a rare opportunity to join a creative and passionate team, managing three distinct areas of business –conferencing, food and beverage, and cinema front of house.

From young and old audiences, community groups, dinner dates and private parties, to corporate meetings, conferences and festivals – a busy venue with happy visitors, customers, and clients is key to the venue’s success.

Showroom Workstation is an independent organisation and charity where ideas, initiative and enthusiasm are engaged. Located in a converted 1930’s art deco building, the venue is home to a four-screen cinema, creative business centre, corporate and private hire event spaces, and café bar, in the heart of Sheffield city centre, in South Yorkshire.

The organisation is looking for an experienced results driven manager with a passion and enthusiasm for events and hospitality to join the senior management team and lead the operations department.  For the role, communication and people skills, are just as important as knowledge and experience in the industry. While exceptional customer service skills, financial acumen and entrepreneurial attitude are a must.  Showroom Workstation would love to hear from you.
