Brewing Apprentice

Reporting to the Head Brewer you will assist with:

Brewing to exact recipe specifications

Efficient cleaning, management and usage of brewing equipment and facilities

Packaging of cans, kegs and casks

Correctly recording and signing off the various documents relation to brews

Warehousing / storage of products and ingredients

Fulfilling the needs of the apprenticeship and company training programme

Supporting the HACCP and SOP development

Assist with our application for SALSA accreditation

Supporting safety, food hygiene and other business developments

Attending trade events – which maybe outside normal working hours

As some of the training is in Nottingham and will require an overnight stay, candidates need to be willing and able to travel.
