Role and Responsibilities:

Owning the full onboarding process of new starters

Involved in recruiting teams that exemplify the FIGO core values

Create and deliver engaging and interactive inductions

Design and deliver inspiring training programs for all levels

Personalise development plans for progression

Giving restaurant management teams the tools to succeed

Collaborate with the Back of House Training Manager to engage and enhance skills

Be an ambassador to the brand and lead by example

Implement manage and develop LMS online training platform

Creation of training video content to increase learning capabilities

Skills Required:

Previous experience in designing training programs

Excellent interpersonal skills allowing to build strong relationships with the team

Strong organisation and planning skills to meet deadlines

Deep passion for all things hospitality

Strong with presenting and communicating

Previous experience in LMS implementation and management

Good working knowledge of Office suite
