an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join:

Farmers Boy, Brickendon

Up to £40,000 p.a. – Live In

This is a new business for our Managed Estate and will sit perfectly within our Classic Inns format. Farmers Boy is situated in the centre of the village of Brickendon, Hertford and is the heart of the community. The business will be going under a £300k investment & we are looking for a strong leader to open this business and have an impact the area in a food led business

Farmers Boy is a true traditional English pub with a wonderful garden, ready for the summer months. The large dining room & bar area is ideal for locals to feel at home and relax.

We need a great leader who can develop the team and be the person that can move the site to the next level with the opening of a new business.

You need to be confident in leading a large team, be able to manage large food volumes and enjoy running a high profile/high volume business with the desire to build on the reasons to visit & entertainment across the trading week.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and
the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all
aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and
brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
