A unique opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager at Slug and Lettuce, Solihull in the popular Touchwood Shopping centre.
Famed in the local area for amazing cocktails and Bottomless brunches and home to the best late night out in the town.
As Deputy manager you will be fully involved in all aspects of the business from team management and training, finance, stocks and marketing. This is a fully encompassing role and should be the last step of your business management development before moving up to General Manager!
That’s right, we are looking for our Deputy Manager to move up the ranks, with the full commitment of the Area Manager and General Manager you will be taken through and introduced to all of the development tools and courses that Stonegate offers to get you to a point where you will be ready for your own Slug & Lettuce.
The successful applicant will have experience of successfully assisting in a similar size business and can evidence knowledge of sales building and delivery of profit through their teams with a keen focus on service delivery and exceeding expectations of guests.
You will have experience managing teams and will also ideally have experience working with food and some exposure to the late night bar scene.
So, if you are looking for that prestigious Deputy Manager role and potentially the final step on that Deputy Manager level before becoming a General Manager, this may just be the ticket.
