We are now recruiting for Full-Time Admin Assistant to join us our amazing team at Belfast International Airport.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Shift times will be Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Excellent organisation and energetic personality
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT and administration skills with the ability to work with numbers
• Be flexible within the business hours
• Maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales, able to switch priorities to meet the daily requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excel ,training provided for all relevant computer systems.

Due to some responsibilities within the Admin Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shift.
