We are recruiting for a Brand Trainer, someone with a fun and energetic personality to design and deliver recruitment and training programmes to enable our teams and our stores to achieve their full potential.
The role will be field based, predominantly in London but will also require flexibility to travel by car to the South East and Leeds.
This is an exciting cross functional role (operations, support functions and brand partners!) for somebody who is focused on people development and goal oriented.
As part of your role you'll be responsible for:
- implementing the people strategy of all new concept openings including recruitment days, induction materials and training activities.
- delivering training sessions alongside our operations teams and lead with confidence and passion.
- being an ambassador of the SSP brand and service excellence principles, supporting our managers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
